Mouth Council at Vibes of the Bay

Mouth Council is created by spontaneously looping vocals from a group. The concept was created by Billy Mays III, a local Tampa artist.

The event was a one day collaboration festival focusing on local music, food, and art. It was created to bring awareness & showcase the best up & coming talent & local businesses in the Tampa Bay Area.
