SoundCloud has brought the highly desired commenting function back to mobile.
The music streaming platform is making major updates to its iOS and Android apps by launching a brand new user experience, starting with the ability for listeners to leave comments and interact with other users’ releases directly from the mobile app.
To utilize the new capability, open the SoundCloud mobile app, which must be updated, and view the ‘comment’ icon at the bottom of the full-screen player. Click ‘add comment,’ write a comment and click the orange arrow icon to send. You can also reply to another user’s comment by tapping the user’s comment bubble, writing a reply and clicking the orange arrow icon to send.

 
The commenting feature is available now on SoundCloud’s iOS and Android apps.
