“As a young African American growing up, our career options were very limited in my community. Most people had to move out of town for a chance to become more in life. Throughout my career, I’ve encountered many obstacles that allowed me to see inequalities between cultures in the workforce. My tenure in the music industry began with dreams and determination but evolved as I’ve witnessed the joys of success and pains of an unbalanced system,” says Crouch.
He continues, “As I join Symphonic, my mission is simple: “Leave no voice behind”. I want to help expand the platform of Symphonic for people who want to showcase their talents. As the world evolves, we have to become more accepting of everyone’s visions and art. We won’t have divisions but rather, unity. I want to inspire the youth who look different, think different and show them you can achieve greatness regardless of race, gender or religion. I plan to work with Symphonic to ensure we are inclusive of all ideas and opinions of our diverse staff and growing roster of talent… I look forward to building with my clients, my community and future entrepreneurs alike.”

Open communication and working closely with clients on a daily basis, are the key priorities for our team. Our staff will continue to evolve as we continue to expand our team with people from all backgrounds. I will additionally work hard, along with my team members, to expand our mission for those who feel they have limited options.
Symphonic Distribution is 100% independently and minority owned, started by musicians for musicians. Our main objective has been and will always be to invest in relationships who share the same goals and drive that we all have.
