Meet Your Panelists
Eshan Shah Jahan, Chief Technology Officer at Symphonic
Eshan oversees the product and development teams that maintain and enhance the client-facing SymphonicMS dashboard, as well as Symphonic’s delivery and data infrastructure.
In addition, he has worked in the music industry for over a decade, previously leading product, design, and engineering teams at Sony Music-owned distributor, The Orchard. Prior to that, he worked as a software developer at a streaming media startup.
Kyle Ostrander, Product Manager at Symphonic
Focused on analytics and royalties features, Kyle’s responsibilities include enhancing stream analytics offerings, expanding royalty payments capabilities, and creating intuitive revenue reporting tools.
Prior to joining Symphonic in 2019, Kyle worked on building technology-centric products aimed at helping people improve their financial lives. Music has always been his passion, having been a member in several different bands and attended 200+ concerts over the years.
Sean Davis, Associate Product Manager at Symphonic
Sean oversees the life-cycle of releases (creation to delivery) and internal support features. This extends into re-envisioning common distribution workflows, integrating new partner capabilities, and boosting Symphonic’s client relations ability to support clients. Sean and his squad are fueled by reshaping the perception of distribution as music’s tedious appendage to a magical tool you are ashamed you scoffed at.
On top of that, Sean has been with Symphonic for 8 years helping the company grow from a very tight knit team into what we are now. You might be able to spot Sean in dark musty clubs behind turntables playing leftfield dance music, pouring through new music to catalog in his endless library, or brushing up on some Dungeons and Dragons.
