If you’re a Symphonic client, you already know how cool our SMS is. Our Symphonic Management System has tons of features available for our clients to make their lives easier every day. From the ability to split payments with ease, access in-depth analytics, and so much more, here’s a break down of some of the tools we have available right now…
6 Symphonic Tech Features You Should Be Using in 2023
Our SplitShare feature makes the difficult task of sharing revenue automatic and easy. All you have to do is invite your collaborators. Once they accept the invitation, they can either create a new account or pick from their existing accounts with us.
Once they’re enrolled, they’ll automatically receive their share of your label’s royalties each month directly to their SymphonicMS account every month. Along with analytics access, too. — Your collaborators can see breakdowns by partner, territory, and tracks to add further transparency.
No stress here.
This one’s a big one. With us, you get access to TikTok analytics you can’t find anywhere else.
- While view counts get a lot of attention, it’s video creations that actually drive royalties on TikTok. Our proprietary analytics makes the distinction between views and creations, and also shows the number of likes, comments and shares a video generated.
- Ever wonder which track of yours is being used most in TikTok videos and how many views those videos have gotten? Now you can easily see that data for the top five tracks, artists, and territories.
This new feature helps artists, managers, and indie labels track measurable success on TikTok. We’re stoked to be able to offer it before anyone else.
📝 Fun Fact: Symphonic is the only distributor in the world to offer this feature.
The Streams analytics feature in the SymphonicMS provides daily stream data across your entire catalog, all in one place. The feature currently includes data from Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, and Pandora.
Learn how to navigate to this feature by clicking here.
As soon as logging into the SymphonicMS, there’s a new playlist card that shows the Top 5 Apple Music and Spotify playlists by streams across your account.
Clicking on a playlist from this carousel will open up the new playlist detail page where you can see details like the total number of placements you have on the playlist, the number of followers, and total tracks. In addition, you get access to two graphs that show where your track lies within the playlist. (for example, 5 out of 50), the streams over time, and your tracks position over time.
With this feature, you, as the account owner, can invite team members into your Symphonic account with designated roles. These roles determine what level of access each account member has within your account.
Need someone to only view and handle your Royalty accounting duties? You can do that. Want an intern to handle your release creation and inventory management? You can do that, too.
