If you’re an artist looking to make industry connections and learn from top professionals, LAUNCH Dallas is a game-changer. Running from October 2-5, 2025, this music conference and festival is taking over Deep Ellum with its home base at the TX Tea Room. An expansion of the well-established LAUNCH Conference in Lancaster, PA, it brings together artists, industry pros, and fans for four packed days of learning, networking, and live performances.
LAUNCH is built to support musicians at every stage, from brand-new artists to established acts, with a mix of panels, workshops, and one-on-one mentoring during the day. You’ll hear directly from industry insiders covering everything from production and touring to promotion and distribution. Then, when the sun goes down, LAUNCH Dallas turns into a full-blown festival, showcasing 130+ live performances across multiple venues in one of Dallas’s most vibrant music districts.
How To Prep
Before the conference, it’s important you plan ahead. We recommend making a schedule of the events, workshops, and performances you want to attend so you can make the most of your time. In addition, be sure to bring all your networking and promotional essentials like business cards, a notebook, a pen, some merch items if you have ’em, demo CDs, or whatever else you think will help you make a lasting impression and perform your best.
Try to attend as many events as you can, and take notes you can look back on later. After the conference, make sure to follow up with all the cool people you connected with via email or socials.
