What’s one service or tool at Symphonic that you think more artists should take advantage of?

Symphonic’s catalog transfer process is fast and so easy to use. It allows artists who have migrated over to fully centralize and manage their entire catalog in one place, giving them better control, clearer reporting, and a more organized long-term strategy for their releases.”
What’s one thing you wish more artists knew before reaching out for support?
“I wish more artists knew how much helpful information is already available through our Zendesk support articles. Many common questions are already covered in step-by-step guides and can be not only solved quickly, but the guides can also help them better understand the platform, too.
Taking a few minutes to explore these resources can save you time, speed up your workflows, and give our support team more time to focus on the more complex and specific cases.”
What’s one of the most common support questions you get? Could you answer it here?
“One of the most common questions I get is how to get a release featured on Symphonic’s Instagram.
Our Client Marketing team curates all social content through our clients’ marketing drivers’ submissions in the SymphonicMS. All artists need to do is fill out the form for marketing drivers after uploading their release in the SymphonicMS, ideally at least three weeks before the release date. Submitting marketing drivers doesn’t guarantee that the release will be featured, but it’s the only way to be considered!”
What’s a common mistake artists make that’s easy to avoid with the right prep?
“A very common mistake is releasing a great song too quickly without a proper marketing strategy in place. In today’s digital landscape, simply uploading a track is not enough.
Music needs to be treated like a product. You have to build anticipation and create desire through promotion before and after the release. On Symphonic’s Blog, there are several articles to help you plan effective release strategies, making this mistake easy to avoid with the right information.”
Can you share a moment when you felt you really made a difference for an artist?
“It’s not one specific moment, but rather all the times when artists reach out to thank us for something they learned through our blog content or posts on Instagram. Hearing that a piece of content helped them make a better decision or move their career forward is incredibly rewarding.
It’s in those moments that I really feel the impact of my work and see it directly supporting artists’ growth.”
What’s been the most rewarding part of working at Symphonic?
“Knowing that I’m helping artists grow while working in an industry I truly love. Being part of a company with a great culture that consistently puts artists first makes the work even more meaningful and fulfilling.”
Who are you listening to/loving right now?
“Lately, I’ve been listening a lot to KayG and Enzo Cello. Both are Symphonic clients and have a unique talent for blending elements from different genres in a way that makes their music feel fresh and exciting.”
What’s your favorite local record store in Brazil?
“I don’t have one specific favorite record store, but I love going to Galeria do Rock and exploring the different small shops there that sell rare vinyl and CDs.”
