Get To Know Ricky Blaze
Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, producer and vocalist Ricky Blaze rocked the Jamaican dancehall scene with his massive hit, “Hold You.” Ricky Blaze was only in his teens when one of his most popular riddims was shopped around the dancehall scene, picked up vocalists, and inspired the delivery of his massive 2006 hit, “Badman Forward, Badman Pull Up.” Then, in 2010, his breakthrough year hit the scene running with “Hold Yuh,” and later “Hold You,” which was the singer’s most iconic international breakthrough hit yet.
Over the years, he released popular hits like, “Crash the Party”, “Take Ya Money“, “Look“, and a mixtape called “Conquer the Moment“, which then spawned his addicting follow-up single, “Apart” featuring Alexus Rose. Riding off the buzz of his last release with Gyptian and Collie Buddz, his latest single ‘Soft Strokes” is released on Ineffable Records and currently has 550,000+ streams on Spotify.
