About Our Newly Promoted Leaders
Thomas Williamson is based in the U.K. and comes to Symphonic from VIERLIVE, where he worked in the A&R department. Prior to that, he served as A&R and Head of Streaming at 3Beat Productions and as a Senior Streaming Account Manager at Universal Music Group. In 2024, he launched Ripe Records, an independent label based in Liverpool focused on breaking new talent.
Sander Stijnen joins us from the Netherlands with over a decade of experience spanning both indie and major label landscapes. Most recently, he led global music video campaigns as Head of Marketing at XITE. Before that, he launched ADA in the Benelux region for Warner Music Group and signed major artists including Cho, Jinho 9, Kidd Keo, and Kovacs as Head of A&R.
Roman Dilouya, based in Paris, brings more than 20 years of industry expertise in A&R, business development, and artist services across Europe and the U.S. He previously served as International Territory Manager at Redeye Worldwide and was a Board Member and Head of A&R at Kuroneko Media, playing a vital role in catalog expansion and global growth strategy.
Henry Burke, based in the U.K., is a seasoned A&R professional with a diverse background in artist development, label management, and digital marketing. Before Symphonic, he worked as a Senior A&R Manager at Liberty Music PR and collaborated with both major and independent acts, from Dimitri Vegas to Jax Jones, while championing up-and-coming talent across genres.
Brunno Constante joins us from Portugal with nearly 20 years of music industry experience. Most recently, he served as Sales Manager at Believe, and prior to that, held leadership roles at ONErpm, Kondzilla, and MTV Brasil. His deep understanding of marketing, social strategy, and sales makes him a key asset in supporting artists across Portugal and Angola.
Gui Morais, now promoted to Manager, A&R & Client Development, EU, has been with Symphonic since 2022. Based in Ireland, he’s played a key role in expanding Symphonic’s presence across Europe and the U.K. In addition to his work here, he’s a voting member of the Latin Grammy Awards and an award-winning music producer, with Red Bull Music Brazil honoring his work on MARTTE’s album in 2019.
“Hailing from some of the top companies across the industry, each of these new hires has an eye for discovering untapped talent and a passion for helping our indie artists thrive,” says Randall Foster, Chief Creative Officer at Symphonic. “I look forward to welcoming a plethora of new signings to the Symphonic family under the direction of these talented A&R folks.”
