Before you arrive, take a little time to make sure your artist materials are easy to share. Have your best streaming links ready, along with a short bio, social links, recent press, upcoming release plans, and any key wins that help explain what you’re building.
A simple one-sheet, EPK, or QR code can make a quick introduction much more effective, but don’t overcomplicate it. The goal is to help someone understand who you are, what kind of music you make, what traction you already have, and what kind of support you’re looking for.
Most importantly, be intentional with your conversations. A networking event isn’t about pitching everyone in the room. It’s about finding the right people to build with, asking smart questions, and following up with context after the event.
