About Slim 400 //

Slim 400 was born in Frankfurt, Germany but moved to Compton, CA at the young age of 1 where he grew up the remainder of his childhood. Listening to the funky sounds of the Compton city legend DJ Quik, Slim was inspired to pick up a pen and pad. Rhyming and producing came easy to him, and it wasn’t before long that he gained the likes of rapper YG. From there, he did collaborations that moved him into the public eye and gained his music the great deal of recognition it deserved.
