How To Claim and Update Your Artist/Label Pages
Amazon for Artists
Once you claim your profile, you’ll have access to streaming analytics and Alexa statistics for your music on Amazon, as well as control over your Amazon Music Artist Profile picture, background image, and more. To claim your artist name on Amazon, head over to https://artists.amazon.com/select. Next, follow the steps below…
- Click “Get Started”
- Log in to your Amazon account
- Click on the “Claim an Artist” button in the upper right or upper left corners, and search your artist name.
- Select “Connect Via Distributor”, and link to your account.
- Done!
Once the verification is complete, which may take a few days, you’ll receive confirmation via email.
After you’ve successfully claimed your profile, updating it is simple. Through the Amazon Music for Artists app, you can edit your artist image, update your bio, add important details about your career, and link to your social media accounts to engage with fans more effectively. Additionally, you can access insights into your streaming data, listener demographics, and trends, allowing you to monitor your performance on Amazon Music.
Beatport
To claim your profile on Beatport, first head over to https://www.beatport.com and sign in to Manage My Beatport to handle your music artist profile. Next, look for the three-line menu icon at the top left corner, scroll down to ‘Artist/Promoter’, and select ‘Artists’. Now, click ‘Claim Your Artist Profile’. Search and select your artist name, provide all the details it asks for, then submit your request to finalize the process!
Once the form is filled out, submit it and wait for Beatport to review and approve your request. This process can take several days to a few weeks, so be patient! Once your profile is approved, you can upload a new profile image and update your bio however you like.
(Just keep in mind, all images must be 590×404 or larger, scaled accordingly up to 3000×2054.)
Spotify for Artists
If you don’t already have a Spotify for Artists account, you’ll need to create one or log in with an existing Spotify account. Once signed in, all you have to do is click “Get Access” and search for your artist profile using your artist name or a link to your music on Spotify. If your music is already on Spotify, your artist profile should appear with no problem. Next, you’ll need to verify your identity, which you can do by either by linking to social media accounts or providing information to confirm your connection to the artist. After submitting your claim, Spotify will review the request, which typically takes a few days. Once approved, they’ll send you an email letting you know.
Once your claim is approved, you can update your profile by logging into the Spotify for Artists dashboard. Here, you can upload a profile picture (recommended resolution is 2660 x 1140 pixels), write or update your bio, add social media links, and highlight specific songs, albums, or playlists using the Artist’s Pick feature. Not only that, but you can also add tour dates and merch, helping your fans stay up to date for when you’re in their city and get merch right where they already listen to your music.

Audiomack
Audiomack is a growing platform where artists can claim their profiles and build their presence. Plus, claiming your profile is easy! Just log into your Audiomack account, navigate to the ‘For Creators’ section, and then submit a request to claim your artist profile. Easy as that.

Apple Music for Artists
To claim your profile on Apple Music, you’ll first need to sign up for Apple Music for Artists and create an Apple ID if you haven’t already. Next, tap Request Artist Access, and copy and paste your iTunes Store artist page link to search. To find the link to your artist page, input your artist name or the name of one of your albums in the search field.
If you can’t find it, you can find a link to your content or artist page in Apple Music or the iTunes Store by taking these steps:
- Select the item, then click the More button.
- Choose Share, then choose Copy Link.
- Paste your copied artist page or album link in the Find an Artist field of your application.
- Select one of your albums to ensure you are claiming the correct page. )You must have the primary artist role on the album to successfully claim your artist page. If you are a featured artist, you will not be able to claim the account.)
- Choose your role (Artist, Manager, or Label Rep), then fill out the requested application fields.
The more information you provide, the easier it will be for them to verify your account.
TIDAL Artist Home
TIDAL allows artists to claim and manage their profiles, giving you full control over your artist page. To claim your profile, head over to this site. Next, just sign up or log in with your TIDAL account, then search for your artist profile and submit a claim request. Doing so gives you the ability to do things like:
- Manage your artist image and bio.
- Access detailed streaming analytics.
- Build stronger connections with your audience.
Deezer for Creators
To claim your Deezer for Creators profile, visit Deezer for Creators and log in with your Deezer account. Next, search for your artist profile and request access by providing verification details like social media links or distributor information. Once submitted, Deezer will review your request and notify you via email when it’s approved, typically pretty quickly within a few days.
After claiming your profile, you can update all the good stuff, like your artist image, bio, and social media links, right through the Deezer for Creators dashboard. Just make sure your profile picture is high-resolution (at least 500 x 500 pixels).

YouTube Official Artist Channel (OAC)
YouTube’s Official Artist Channel (OAC) consolidates your music content into one verified channel, making it easier for fans to find you. To claim your OAC, follow these steps:
- Ensure you have a YouTube channel representing you as an artist.
- Distribute your music to YouTube Music via a distributor.
- Request channel verification through your distributor or label.
Claiming your profile adds a music note icon next to your channel, provides access to YouTube Analytics for Artists, plus lets you promote upcoming releases and connect directly with fans.
SoundCloud for Artists
SoundCloud for Artists empowers musicians to take control of their careers with tools for monetization, detailed analytics, and direct fan engagement. It’s an ideal platform for independent artists to build a dedicated community while earning revenue from their music. Here, you can get tools to help you manage your profiles, tracks, and audience interactions with ease.
To claim your profile, just log in to your SoundCloud account. Next, navigate to the ‘For Artists’ section and follow the prompts to claim and verify your artist profile. That’s it!
