What started as an initiative to support and connect women in the music industry has grown into a global mentorship network over the past five years. If you missed your chance to participate last year, now is the perfect time to apply.

Symphonic Launches Fifth Annual Women Empowered+ Mentorship Program
About Women Empowered+
Women Empowered+ is a mentorship program designed to support and advance women across the music industry. By connecting emerging professionals with experienced mentors, the program creates opportunities for guidance, career development, and meaningful industry connections.
Now entering its fifth year, Women Empowered+ continues to grow as a global network dedicated to lifting up the next generation of music industry leaders.

Over the past four years, the program has connected hundreds of women across the globe, pairing mentors from companies throughout the music industry with mentees spanning the U.S., Mexico, Latin America, South America, Europe, and Africa.
Mentors have represented a wide range of respected organizations across the industry, including:

How the Program Works
Participants will be paired with a mentor and connect regularly throughout the program. Here’s what to expect:
- Mentors and mentees will be introduced in April
- Participants will meet for at least 1 hour per month
- The mentorship runs for 6 months
- Meetings can take place virtually or in person
Throughout the program, Symphonic will host several touchpoints to help participants stay connected and get the most out of the experience. Key milestones include:
📌 April: Kickoff call for all mentors and mentees to review expectations and best practices
📌 July: Midpoint check-in to reflect on progress and recalibrate if needed
📌 November: Final wrap-up meeting where participants share insights and experiences from the program
